In 2022, the company will achieve operating income of approximately 424.061 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 96.2%; net profit attributable to the parent company will be approximately 16.622 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 445.86%; excluding non-net profits 15.638 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1146.42%; the company plans to distribute a dividend of 11.42 yuan for every 10 shares.
For reference, Tesla will achieve revenue of approximately US$81.462 billion (equivalent to approximately RMB 561.55 billion) in 2022, a year-on-year increase of 51%; net profit will reach US$12.556 billion (equivalent to approximately RMB 86.546 billion), a year-on-year increase 128%; the gross profit margin of the automobile business was 25.9%. Although BYD will beat Tesla in sales in 2022 and win the global new energy vehicle sales championship, Tesla still has advantages in terms of revenue and net profit.
