Volkswagen has recalled Volkswagen Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport models overseas (corresponding to the domestic Volkswagen Touron and Touron X), involving a total of more than 220,000 vehicles.

Affected vehicles may display a warning in the instrument panel, and in extreme cases may experience problems such as automatic window opening, low-speed braking and door sensor failure.
The specific recalled models involve models produced from October 4, 2019 to February 10, 2022, and models produced on August 1, 2019 Models produced from March 6, 2020 to March 6, 2020, and models produced from September 25, 2019 to February 10, 2022; the Volkswagen brand will conduct free inspections and replace necessary parts for this recall.
