As an annual facelift, the exterior design of the 2025 Star Era ES has not changed much. Referring to previous information, the 2025 Star Era ES has added some new exterior decoration options, such as different shapes of front surrounds, 20/ 21-inch wheels, blackened car logos, etc. In terms of body size, it is still 4945/1978/1467mm, the wheelbase is 3000mm, and the body height without air suspension is 1480mm.
In fact, in this facelift, the body color has become the "protagonist". The 2025 Star Era ES has four new body colors: Dawn Red, Aurora Purple, Cloud Water Blue, and Xuanwu Black. Among them, Dawn Red is the color chosen by new car owners. The new Dawn Red car paint is not only durable but also scratch-resistant and anti-oxidation. The outer layer of the paint is wrapped with organic silicon crystal oxide, which can reduce metal activity and improve durability. Officials say its durability is better than ordinary clear paint on the market.The scratch resistance of the paint has been increased by 5 times, and it can last for 10 years without discoloration or fading.
The interior changes of the 2025 Star Era ES are also in terms of color, with a new "Xia Red" color matching echoing the exterior color. In terms of configuration, the 2025 Star Era ES provides NEP high-speed intelligent driving, active electric spoiler, suede roof, W-HUD, 7 airbags, wireless dual charging for mobile phones and 23 speakers. The mid-range model also has the previous features. Lidar is only available on top models. In addition, some models will also be equipped with high-end smart driving, three-temperature zone automatic air conditioning and rear screens.
The new car is equipped with the NEP intelligent driving assistance system, which covers highway/city/parking, Galaxy AI cockpit and Lion AI large model voice assistant, further improving the intelligence and convenience of the driving experience. In terms of smart cockpit, the Galaxy AI cockpit provides drivers and passengers with a seamless smart driving experience through 4-screen linkage and the integration of all-round smart technology. At the same time, based on the Lion AI large model technology cooperated by Chery and iFlytek, Star Era ES creates a customized AI partner for car owners, bringing a more humanized interactive experience.
Like the old model, the 2025 Star Era ES also has two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive models for consumers to choose from. Among them, the two-wheel drive model has a rear single motor with a power of 230kW and a peak torque of 425N·m. It is equipped with a 77kWh battery and has a CLTC pure electric cruising range of 680km. The four-wheel drive model has a combined front and rear dual motor power of 353kW and a combined torque of 663N·m. Models equipped with 77kWh and 100kWh battery packs have corresponding CLTC pure electric cruising ranges of 605km and 710km respectively.
